Install marketplace workflows.
How to review a listing, approve the install terms, and confirm that a workflow is ready in the Customer Console.
Before you install
Review the listing name, publisher, current version, price, trial terms, required permissions, integrations, support notes, and restricted-category disclosures. Do not install a workflow if the permission manifest asks for access beyond the business process you expect it to run.
Install flow
- Open the Customer Console and select the Marketplace workflow view.
- Choose a published workflow listing and inspect its current version details.
- Review the permission manifest, pricing snapshot, trial terms, and install isolation option.
- Approve the workflow permissions and billing terms.
- Confirm the install. The workflow appears in your installed marketplace workflows list.
Install isolation
The install record is specific to your customer account and workflow version. The install handle shown after confirmation is the safest reference to include in support requests because it identifies the installed workflow without exposing private business content.
After confirmation
Open the installed workflow from the Customer Console before relying on it in production. Confirm status, publisher, version, permissions, trial or billing state, and support contact. If the install is pending review, restricted, or blocked, do not route production work to it until the status clears.
