How is Core priced?
$2 per day per deployed agent plus AI usage by selected spend tier. A deployed agent is one workflow assigned and enabled on your account. Disable an agent and the daily charge stops the next billing day.
Where is my data stored?
In NWA-managed Google Cloud Platform infrastructure (US region). Each tenant gets an isolated runtime with its own secret scope and KMS key.

Do I need to administer GCP?
No. Core is fully NWA-managed. You do not have a GCP project, do not configure cloud resources, and do not handle service account keys. Everything runs through the Core Console.
How long does setup take?
Most Core deployments are live within the same week. Productized workflows ship pre-configured; we tune the connectors for your tools and you turn them on from the Console.
What happens if I exceed my budget?
The platform raises a budget error before the model API call — the workflow does not silently overspend. You receive an alert and can raise the cap from the Console. Graceful degradation is the default.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Daily-charged agents stop charging the next billing day after you disable them. There's no minimum commitment. Your audit log and account data are exportable.
