Marketplace ranking and treatment disclosures.
Plain-language disclosures for how NW Agentic presents workflow marketplace listings, handles promotional placement, and treats affiliated or NWA-authored workflows.
Last updated May 27, 2026. This page describes marketplace presentation practices for publishers and customers. It does not replace the Publisher Agreement, customer service terms, or any written enterprise agreement.
Where rankings appear
Ranking means the order, prominence, or labeling of workflows in marketplace browse, category, search, recommendation, and promotional surfaces. Some customer-facing surfaces may also filter out workflows that are unavailable for a customer's deployment tier, jurisdiction, account status, or required integration set.
Main ranking parameters
NW Agentic ranks listings primarily by customer retention, verified reviews, execution reliability, refund and chargeback rates, recency, publisher reputation, and compliance history. Fraud, abuse, active suspension, delisting, and policy-risk signals can penalize or exclude a workflow from marketplace surfaces.
| Parameter | Relative importance | How it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Customer retention | 30% | Workflows with repeat use, healthy renewal signals, and durable customer value may receive stronger placement. |
| Verified reviews | 20% | Verified customer review signals improve ranking when they reflect successful, supported workflow use. |
| Execution reliability | 10% | Reliable workflow execution, safe permission behavior, and successful review or certification improve eligibility and presentation. |
| Refund and chargeback rates | 10% | Refund rate, chargeback rate, disputes, unresolved complaint volume, and poor support response can reduce ranking or trigger review. |
| Recency of publication and maintenance | 10% | Recently maintained workflows, current integrations, and supported deployment tiers can rank ahead of stale or deprecated versions. |
| Publisher reputation | 10% | Publisher quality score, documentation quality, support responsiveness, and remediation history support continued visibility. |
| Compliance history | 10% | Open Tier 2 or Tier 3 safety events, repeated policy issues, or unresolved remediation can reduce placement. |
| Fraud, abuse, delisting, or active suspension | Penalty or exclusion | Manipulated installs, payment risk, deceptive listings, delisting, active Tier 2 or Tier 3 suspension, or elevated fraud risk can suppress or remove a workflow. |
| Search relevance, customer fit, and category context | Contextual ordering | Search terms, category, deployment tier, integration requirements, jurisdiction, and customer context can affect which eligible workflows are shown first. |
| Launch, editorial, or promotional placement | Limited and labeled when practical | Staff picks, launch-week placement, or other promotions may affect visibility, but they do not override eligibility, safety, fraud, or compliance gates. |
Paid promotion and editorial placement
No undisclosed paid ranking boost is active in the marketplace preview. If NW Agentic introduces paid promotion, sponsored placement, or a commercial launch program, promoted workflows will be labeled where practical and this disclosure will be updated.
NW Agentic may use editorial placement for launch-week features, staff picks, category examples, customer onboarding, or workflows that demonstrate a deployment model. Editorial placement is discretionary and does not guarantee installs, revenue, continued placement, or certification.
Differentiated treatment
NW Agentic may author, operate, resell, or maintain its own workflows and may also support customer-specific or affiliated workflows. Those workflows can receive operational treatment that differs from third-party publisher workflows for commercial, technical, legal, or security reasons.
- NWA-authored workflows may be highlighted in Core or Forge onboarding when they are the default implementation for a supported use case.
- NWA-managed workflows may receive direct operational maintenance, incident response, and security remediation by NW Agentic staff.
- Customer-specific Forge or Edge workflows may be hidden from the public catalog even when they share components with marketplace workflows.
- NWA-affiliated workflows remain subject to marketplace safety, eligibility, support, risk, and suspension controls.
Changes to ranking practices
Ranking signals and relative importance may change as the marketplace matures, new categories launch, abuse patterns emerge, or regulatory requirements change. Material updates to ranking parameters or differentiated treatment will be reflected on this page within five business days of the change.
Publisher questions and complaints
Publishers can use the Publisher Console to review policy notices, acknowledge reasoned notices, submit clarifications, and file P2B complaints about notices, account status, ranking or visibility, payment or payout issues, technical issues, or other marketplace treatment.
If you cannot access the Publisher Console, contact NW Agentic and include the publisher account, workflow name, and the ranking or treatment question you want reviewed.
