NW Agentic is a small Pacific-Northwest engineering company building the autonomous-systems platform we wish existed when we tried to deploy AI in serious operational settings.
What we do
We build Cruuvo: a platform that learns how your business works, compiles that knowledge into a customer-controlled system, executes it with bounded authority, and improves it through measured evidence.
Core, Forge, and Edge are execution-placement profiles inside that one product: managed cloud, mixed boundaries, and private local execution.
What we believe
Authority belongs outside the prompt. Identity, policy, data classification, capability bindings, approvals, and budgets constrain every run. Models cannot grant themselves access.
Your secrets stay yours. Credentials never become model context. Systems receive opaque, short-lived, least-privilege capability handles instead.
Autonomy must be provable. Every run executes an immutable system version and produces durable evidence for authorization, decisions, effects, cost, evaluation, and replay.
Improvement must not broaden authority. Candidates are evaluated through replay, simulation, shadowing, and reversible releases before promotion.
Founder
Joel is the principal engineer and founder of NW Agentic. He has been shipping production software for growing businesses for years, with a focus on the operational systems that actually keep things running. He started NW Agentic after watching one too many AI rollouts collapse on the non-AI parts — auth, audit, cost controls, recovery — and deciding the platform needed to come first.
Everything is tailored
Your autonomous system is taught from your outcomes, tools, policies, examples, exceptions, and human judgment. Tailoring is how Cruuvo is implemented—not a separate consulting offer or premium tier.
