Forge

Custom agentic workflows for your operations.

Designed for your tools, your reviews, your guardrails. We do the workflow design, the integration build, and the evaluation suite — then operate it for you in NWA-managed cloud and/or on assigned Edge nodes.

Who this is for

Operators with a workflow that doesn't fit a productized box.

Custom integrations

Your operations span tools that aren't on the Core connector list — bespoke ERPs, internal databases, or vertical SaaS.

Specific review structure

You want explicit human-review gates at named decision points — not generic approval steps.

Evaluation rigor

You need to see how the workflow performs against held-out test cases before you trust it with live work.

What's included

Design, build, evaluate, operate.

Workflow design pass — map operational pain to a workflow definition with explicit triggers, steps, and review gates.
Custom integrations — connectors built for your existing tools, not retrofitted.
Evaluation suite — held-out test cases scored before production rollout.
Configurable review gates — pause and approve at named decision points, with timeouts and SLAs.
Same platform safety net — per-firm budget cap, per-job ceiling, audit log per step, anomaly alerts.
Versioned releases — every workflow update is a release you assign and enable explicitly.
Ongoing tuning — we operate the workflow, monitor outputs, and iterate on the design.
Direct engineering line — your workflow lead is one Zoom away.
Architecture

Custom workflow logic, same platform foundation.

Forge workflows are first-class entities in the NW Agentic platform — same catalog, same release model, same audit log, same budget guardrails as Core. The difference is the workflow itself: bespoke logic for your operations rather than a productized template.

Operating model

What you operate. What we operate. What the system handles.

NWA does

  • Workflow design and ongoing iteration
  • Custom integration build and maintenance
  • Evaluation suite and regression testing
  • Cloud infrastructure and observability
  • Customer support — direct engineering line

You do

  • Define the operational pain and outcome
  • Approve the workflow design
  • Provide test cases for the evaluation suite
  • Configure budget caps and review thresholds
  • Review and act on outputs

The system handles

  • Step-level audit logging
  • Budget preflight before every LLM call
  • Per-tenant data isolation
  • Versioned release deployment
  • Graceful degradation on budget exhaustion
Custom — per engagement

FAQ

Common questions about Forge.

How is Forge priced?

Per engagement. We scope the design, build, evaluation, and ongoing operation after the discovery call so you see the timeline, the evaluation plan, and the run-rate before committing.

What's the difference between Core and Forge?

Core is productized — you turn on prebuilt workflows from a catalog. Forge is bespoke — we design custom workflows for your tools, your data, your review gates.

Core runs in NWA-managed cloud. Forge can run in NWA-managed cloud and/or on Edge nodes, using the same audit log, budget cap, and human-review hooks.

Who designs the workflow?

We do, with you. The first phase of a Forge engagement is a workflow design pass — mapping the operational pain to a workflow definition with explicit triggers, steps, integrations, and human-review gates. Nothing is built before the design is approved.

How long does a Forge engagement take?

Typical timeline is 4 to 8 weeks from discovery to first production run, depending on integration complexity. The evaluation suite and review gates are designed before the workflow goes live, so the first production run is calibrated, not a hope.

Do I get the same guardrails as Core?

Yes. Forge workflows run on the same platform as Core. Per-firm budget cap, per-job token ceiling, audit log per step, and human-review hooks ship by default. The platform's safety net is identical.

Can a Forge workflow move to Private Edge later?

Yes. The workflow definition is portable. If your data sensitivity changes — new regulatory requirement, new client tier — we can deploy the same workflow to a Private Edge appliance. The operator surface stays consistent.
