Marketplace policy summary.
Plain-language operating rules for NW Agentic marketplace customers and publishers. Last updated May 27, 2026.
How to read this page
This page is a public summary of expected marketplace behavior. It is not a replacement for a signed customer agreement, publisher agreement, order form, data processing addendum, or other written contract. If a contract conflicts with this summary, the contract controls.
Marketplace preview status
The marketplace is in Preview. Publisher access is invite-only, workflow publication is reviewed by NW Agentic, and customer access can be limited by account eligibility, region, payment status, and operational readiness.
Preview workflows are intended for production-quality evaluation by approved customers, but they can change as the marketplace rules, review criteria, and support process mature.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for choosing workflows that fit their operating environment, reviewing the workflow description, approving the permission manifest before installation, maintaining required connected accounts or integrations, and cancelling workflows they no longer want to use.
A marketplace workflow can act only within the permissions and integrations approved by the customer. Customers should not approve a workflow if the requested permissions do not match the work they expect the workflow to perform.
Publisher responsibilities
Publishers must submit accurate workflow descriptions, keep support contact information current, avoid deceptive claims, respect customer data boundaries, and follow NW Agentic review, security, compliance, and restricted-category rules.
Publishers may not manipulate installs, reviews, rankings, payouts, or support outcomes. Publishers also may not bypass permission scopes, silently change published workflow logic, or charge customers outside NW Agentic for marketplace workflow use.
Review and publication
NW Agentic reviews marketplace submissions for security, permission scope, integration safety, restricted-category risk, structural quality, marketplace policy compliance, and uniqueness. Review does not mean NW Agentic guarantees a customer's business outcome, regulatory compliance, or accuracy of every publisher claim.
Published workflow versions are immutable. Logic changes must be submitted as a new version. Listing copy, screenshots, and documentation can be updated, but may require review before publication.
Pricing, billing, and trials
Marketplace workflows are paid products unless an approved free trial applies. Publishers set workflow prices within NW Agentic floors and ceilings. Prices are stored per day and may also be shown as a 30-day month equivalent.
Customers must approve billing terms during install. A trial can be cancelled before conversion. If a trial converts to paid use, billing begins according to the active listing terms and customer agreement.
Payouts and reserves
Publisher payouts are made through Stripe Connect after customer payment is successfully collected and marketplace eligibility checks pass. Payouts can be delayed, held, reversed, offset, or clawed back for refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud risk, policy review, failed Stripe account requirements, or other ineligible transactions.
No payout is owed for refunded, charged back, fraudulent, unpaid, discounted away, or otherwise ineligible revenue. Reserve and hold decisions can vary by publisher risk, workflow category, and marketplace phase.
Customer continuity
NW Agentic is designed to protect existing customer installs when a publisher account is restricted, closed, or no longer eligible for new installs. Existing installs can continue where technically and legally possible, while new installs, updates, payouts, or publisher console actions may be restricted.
Complaints, notices, and appeals
Publishers can use the Publisher Console to submit marketplace complaints about notices, ranking or treatment questions, payout decisions, account restrictions, or workflow review outcomes. NW Agentic may request clarification and will record a reasoned outcome for final complaint statuses.
Customers should use the Customer Console support surface for install, billing, permission, or workflow operation issues. Urgent security or data-boundary concerns should be escalated immediately through support.
Changes to this summary
NW Agentic may update this page as the marketplace moves from Preview toward broader launch. Material policy changes can require publisher notice, customer notice, or a new agreement depending on the change and the affected account.
