Publisher help

Publishing marketplace workflows.

How invited publishers onboard, price, submit, support, remediate, and get paid for NW Agentic marketplace workflows.

Publisher onboarding

Publisher onboarding is invite-only during Preview. Before publishing, an invited publisher must have a Publisher Console account, accept the active marketplace policy and publisher agreement, complete Stripe Connect onboarding, and satisfy required account verification items.

If Stripe reports blocking requirements or inactive payout capabilities, NW Agentic can restrict new installs, publication, or payouts until the account is remediated.

Submitting a workflow

A marketplace submission should include a clear listing name, workflow description, category, use case, support contact, permission manifest, pricing, trial setting, changelog, and any restricted-category disclosures.

NW Agentic reviews submissions for security, permission scope, integration safety, marketplace policy compliance, uniqueness, and operational quality. Patches with no topology, permission, pricing, or integration changes can qualify for an expedited bugfix track.

Pricing guidance

Publishers set their own workflow price within NW Agentic floors and ceilings. Pricing is stored per day and can be displayed as a fixed 30-day month equivalent.

  • Hard floor: $0.10/day.
  • Soft ceiling: $20/day. Pricing above this level can trigger review or require justification.
  • Hard ceiling: $100/day. Pricing above this level requires manual NW Agentic approval.

The pricing recommendation engine is advisory. During cold start, recommendations can consider agent count, graph size, integration count and category, restricted-category designation, estimated execution cost, permission breadth, and human-in-the-loop steps. As marketplace history grows, recommendations can also consider comparable workflow pricing, conversion, and retention.

Trials

Publishers can offer a free trial from 0 to 15 days. Trials apply only to future installs, do not create publisher revenue during the free period, and can be suspended by NW Agentic if abuse is detected.

Payout timing

Publisher commission accrues only on eligible collected revenue. The default payout delay is at least 30 days after successful invoice payment, and payout release is tied to invoice settlement rather than invoice creation.

The current payout sweep can skip transfers below the minimum threshold, for publishers that are not payout-eligible, or when Stripe transfer capability is inactive.

Why a payout can be held

Payouts can be held, delayed, reversed, offset, or clawed back for new-publisher review, reserves, suspicious activity, elevated fraud risk, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, failed payouts, policy review, manual investigation, legal risk, or Stripe account requirements.

If a payout is held, check the Publisher Console for notices, payout history, compliance requirements, and complaint status. NW Agentic may ask for clarification, account re-verification, workflow changes, customer remediation, or additional support evidence.

How to remediate

  1. Open the Publisher Console and review policy notices, compliance requirements, payout status, and complaint history.
  2. Complete any Stripe account links or missing account requirements.
  3. Respond to NW Agentic clarification requests with concrete evidence and a proposed fix.
  4. Submit a new workflow version when remediation requires logic, permission, integration, or pricing changes.
  5. Use the Publisher Console complaint path if you believe a notice, hold, restriction, ranking treatment, or review outcome is incorrect.

Support expectations

Publishers are accountable for their workflow listing content, support responsiveness, and remediation. Poor support, unresolved policy issues, or repeated compliance lapses can affect publication, ranking, new installs, or payout eligibility.
