Customer help

Using marketplace workflows.

How customers install, approve, update, pause, cancel, and get support for NW Agentic marketplace workflows.

Before you install

Review the listing name, publisher, current version, price, trial terms, required permissions, integrations, and support notes. Do not install a workflow if the permission manifest asks for access beyond the business process you expect it to run.

Install flow

  1. Open the Customer Console and select the Marketplace workflow view.
  2. Choose a published workflow listing and inspect its current version details.
  3. Review the permission manifest, pricing snapshot, trial terms, and install isolation option.
  4. Approve the workflow permissions and billing terms.
  5. Confirm the install. The workflow appears in your installed marketplace workflows list.

Permissions

Every marketplace workflow version has a permission manifest. The manifest describes the integrations, scopes, and actions the workflow needs. NW Agentic records the permission snapshot approved at install time.

If a future version asks for expanded permissions, you must explicitly approve the new permissions before updating to that version. Versions with the same or reduced permissions can be easier to approve, but you should still review the changelog.

Trials and billing

Some workflows can include a free trial of up to 15 days. A valid payment method can be required before trial start. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged for that trial period. If you keep the workflow past the trial, billing converts according to the active listing terms.

A customer receives one trial per workflow. Reinstalling the same workflow does not create a new trial.

Version updates

Published versions are immutable. When a publisher releases a new version, your existing install stays on its current version until you choose to update or until an approved auto-update rule applies.

Auto-update is off by default. If you enable it, NW Agentic can move the install to eligible future versions that do not expand permissions, do not raise price beyond your approved bounds, and pass required marketplace review.

Pause and cancellation

You can pause or cancel an installed marketplace workflow from the Customer Console where the account and workflow state allow it. Cancellation stops future workflow use and future marketplace billing for that install after any already-accrued obligations are handled.

If you cancel during a free trial, the trial ends and the install is removed. If you later reinstall, the prior trial history is preserved.

Support

Use the Customer Console support surface for workflow operation issues, billing questions, permission questions, cancellation problems, or suspected unsafe behavior. Include the workflow name, install handle, approximate time, and what you expected the workflow to do.

Urgent security, privacy, or data-boundary concerns should be escalated immediately through support so NW Agentic can suspend or restrict the workflow if needed.
